Computer Geneology

i remember when my mom bought our first deskstop computer, i thought we were on top of the world. but even before we had our first computer i had been introduced to them at school and at the public library, but it felt great to have your own.

2002
This was the year we got our first computer. it was a black and grey dell desktop, the one with the real thick monitor... but who cared how big it was we were just happy to have one.

2004
i got my first cell phone  in this year. it was a pink nokia flip phone. my mom surprised me with it for a birthday gift, i thought i was going to die. she asked me to go in the trunk of her car to get a screw driver and thinking to myself mom why would you keep a screw driver in your trunk. so im back there just a looking still couldnt find it and all of sudden i found the box.. i just knew it was for me. i couldnt have thanked my mom enough for that phone

2005
my sister brother and i were all surprised with a great christmas this year. my mom switched phone companies and got all three of us the new motorola razrs.. this was the new phone that everybody wanted, and we were blessed enough to get them.. i remember her not thinking to get the each of us different colors so they wouldnt get confused, so we had to walk around with stickers on our phone to tell them apart.. lol

2006
Computers were coming out left to right around this time. and we felt like it was time for us to get another computer. although we didnt have much my mom still made sure we had most of the things we wanted so she eventually bought us another computer. this time it was another dell desktop much more smaller though. it was what all the kids had so she made sure we had one too.. we couldnt have been more happier that christmas.

2007
my mom made sure we stayed up on the latest cell phones. i used to say it was only because she wanted to make sure she knew our every moved but hey i didnt care.. in this year i had the new palm phone cant think of what name it was but it was a very nice phone.

2008
First year of high school.. and my mom surprised me the iphone.... now i really thought the world was coming to and end.. i cried my poor little eyes out that day... and since then i know i have had a total of 3 or 4 iphones...

2011
i got my first personal laptop that year for christmas. it was a platinum sliver looking samsung laptop. it was very nice but the only reason i got this particular one was becaus i had the new samsung galaxy phone, the new samsung camera that showed the pictures on the front of the camera and the back so i also wanted a samsung laptop... and my mommy got it for me

2012
This year ive managed to go through 3 samsung cell phones and im on the fourth now. ive also had 2  of their computers... ugh samsung products kind of sucks.


Technology has its ways of helping and hindering you.. it helps you in a great deal of ways especially when youre in college. it saves time and energy which most college students dont have either.. so im very for technology without it lord idk what we do .. lol
